Promise lower rates on credit cards, when you ask questions - they hang up, have asked them not to call, they hang up. I have even told them I am going to report them and they hang up before I complete my sentence. Every time they call it is a different person. I just do do want these calls on my cell phone. Cell phone service can be expensive and I do not want them using my minutes.
