This recording is one that I have received at least over a hundred times. It is Rachael with Credit Card Services. This is my last chance to reduce my monthly interest rate on my credit cards. I never pay a finance charge as I pay my bills off monthly. Press 1 for an attendant or press 3 to be removed from their list. Of course what ever you press only validates my number as being operational so then I get even more calls. I hafe files at least 20 complaints with the FCC regarding this scam. I have to pay extra money to AT&T per month to be able to get caller ID. Also the call block feature only holds 6 numbers. I feel like Credit Card Services is stealing from me for me to have to pay to try to get their calls stopped. What is your department doing about these scammers???? Can't you put a stop to this crap? I am disabled and it is difficult for me to sometimes get to the phone. I ahve pressed one but when I ask them to remove me from their list, they just hang up on me.
