It is a pre-reorded message from "Tiffany" or "Rachel" for Credit Card Services...when I hit "1" to get a "live" person asking to be removed from their listing they hang up on me. I then block their number and within a day or two receive the same phone call on another number. I do not have a history of all the calls but I do have their phone numbers.

At times, the calls say they are from "Cardholder Services" and want to lower my credit card interest rate. Other times, they say they are selling car insurance. Other times, there is just silence on the phone.

Numerous numbers from OR,CT,WA,NB(New Brunswick),ND,TX,CO,MO,MA,NY have been received. I have the list of numbers. I have blocked numbers through my Verizon phone service but I can only block up to four numbers.
