didnt listen to entire message. Now getting 3 to 5 marketing calls on my cell phone per day, that I have to pay for. SUCKS.....What happend to the $11,000 fine per call the Consumer was to get??????

The call my DO NOT CALL number and they did not leave a message.
call them back and the number rang for 2 minutes and NO ANSWER
call the back a second me 2 hours later and still NO ANSWER.
so caller is UNKNOWN it is most likely a SPAM CALLER or DEBT Collector
that is the way they normally operate so it is safe to BLOCK this number
