The claim in their message that they can lower my credit card interest. I need to press 1 to speak to a representative. I did and asked to be removed from their call list. They hung up on my as they usually do. The call me at least once a week.

Offer to lower credit cards. I've received multiple fraudulent offers for lowering credit cards from several numbers, and from this same number at least twice. When I pushed the option to accept, there was along wait before a representative answered. Upon asking the name of the company making this offer, she promptly hung up on me. When I called back the number, it says that the mailbox belonging to "Mike Jones" is full; same thing tonight. I heard that the FBI is cracking down on such blatant fraud, so why is nothing being done?

Claimed to offer a reduction in credit card interest rates. Said it was "final call" as eligibility would expire. (This same message is on all of these calls. I think I received over 100. The phone numbers and names change, the message does not.)
