They say they are "My credit card service" making a final call to lower my interest rate. WHen I press one to speak with someone they just hangup if I ask too many questions about the name of their business or the Do Not Call list. Therefore I cannot ask them to take my number off their call roster.

The call offered to lower my interest rate on my credit card to as low as 4%. However, it did not identify which credit card company they were calling from. In the past, when I wanted to report them, and pressed "1" to speak to a service agent, they refused to tell me which credit card they were referencing in the offer and hung up the phone. The past two times, I pressed "1" to speak to the person and request them to stop calling. Both times, the call ended prior to me being able to speak to anyone.
