ALL THIS JERK DOES IS SCREAM THE NAME MIKE JONES INTO THE PHONE. TRY TO RETURN THE CALL AND IT SAYS VOICE MAIL BOX IS FULL AND HE SCREAMS HIS NAME AGAIN. HOW DO PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS????? AND IT JUST GOES ON AND ON. SO MUCH FOR THE GOVERNMENTS DO NOT CALL COMPLAINT REPORTING LINE. ANOTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICE THAT CAN'T OR WON'T DO THEIR JOB. NOW DOES THAT REALLY SURPRISE ANYONE? FIRE THE GOVERNMENT AND HAVE THE PHONE CARRIER DISCONNECT THAT PHONE NUMBERS SERVICE. NO THAT WOULD BE TO SIMPLE, OR THE GOVERNMENT WOULD SAY THESE PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS THAT CAN'T BE INFRINGED UPON. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THE ENABLERS OUT THERE.

Recorded message to lower credit card interest rates, select 1 to continue."Select 1" speaks to live person who hangs up on you if you ask to be removed from list. This call is received multiple times daily and weekly. There is hundreds of complaints to this phone number over the internet.

The message said that I needed to respond to an "urgent" offer to reduce my interest rate on an unspecified credit card account, and directed me to press "1" if I wanted to learn more. I pressed "1" and when the operator came on the line, she asked if I pressed 1 to lower my interest rate. I said no, and she immediately hung up before I could tell her to stop calling me.
