RECORDED MESSAGE STATED ANNE WITH CARDHOLDER SERVICES CALLING TO LOWER INTEREST RATES. NO OPTION TO PRESS AND OPT OUT. PRESSED 1 TO SPEAK WITH REP WHO STATED HE COULD LOWER MY INTEREST ON ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM. HE COULD NOT IDENTIFY WHICH ACCOUNTS I HELD, AND HUNG UP WHEN ASKED TO REMOVE FROM CALLING LIST. CALLBACK TO NUMBER GOES TO DEAD END VOICEMAIL THAT DOES NOT TAKE MESSAGES. RCV A CALL MOST EVERY DAY WITH SAME RECORDING, ALWAYS FROM A DIFFERENT PH#. SPOOF ASSUMED.
