There is a live person who says she is calling about my "unsecured credit debt" - of which I have none. She asks me to call back and gives a 1-866 number and, to make it sound really official, gives a case number.

This is a very insidious scam, because it all sounds very official and beaurocrat. But they try to get your credit card numbers and bank routing numbers, etc.

Says it's to discuss debt consolidation for my unsecured credit. My current debt is under $200. .... Lol
