Said they were calling becuase we did not respond to their letters and phone calls. Wanted to lower all of our credit card interest rates to 8%. When we again accepted the call and a live person came on the line, I informed them that we had asked not to received any further prerecorded calls. The woman then stated" you don't understand, we cannot stop the calls and stay off the phone freak" She then hung up.
