Say they can lower interest rate on credit card. They called my cell and I picked up cause it was 917. When I tried to hang up it had something programmmed to not accept a disconnect so I had to shut down my phone. They called my home phone too but I have an answering machine.
Lowering credit card rate. I told them I don't have one she kept talking. When I asked for information about their company she hung up.
Two calls per day from the Pacific Telecom Communications Group for reduced rate on credit cards. 971-373-0184 The consumer is receiving calls as many as twice per day.

the recording said my credit card company authorized them to call and lower my interest rate. ... I dont and never have had a credit card. Total SCAM here!!
