I have been getting this same call about once a week for several weeks. It comes in while I am at work. The message is always the same - the lady speaking is always the same - the phone number captured usually changes with each call. When I later try to reach this displayed number, it never connects. I have filed innumerable complaints with the FCC - and on occassion when I was home and got the call, I asked NOT to be called again. So far - nothing stops these damn calls!!!!
