Lower credit card rates. Claimed to be "credit card services" with a "final notice to lower credit card rates". Have received identical calls like this many times, but from different phone numbers. When told them not to call, they hung up as always.

Recording identified business as Card Services, will lower credit card payments. Message also stated that this is the "last" chance I would get to participate as the Card Services has already sent invitation thru the mail - absolutely not. I pressed "1" to speak to a friendly service agent - I asked for the specific company name and got - Card Services as an answer. I again told them that this number is on the Do Not Call registry and remove this number from their calling bank and again the representative hung up on me.

Additionally, I filed a complaint against this same business last month.
