This is the scumbag "debt collector" (I don't have any, but still get calls) that fraudulently either tries to collect a non existent debt, or claims to be the National Rifle Association collecting donations (they even answer their callbacks "National Rifle Association" at times, but tend to just refer to themselves as "The NRA" unless people get wise to them). Once they have your credit card information, they will run up fraudulent charges. They call all hours and all days.

For confirmation, simply search for "National Recovery Agency" in any of nthe telephone reporting sights online.

They have HUNDREDS of phone numbers that they call from, many of them are spoofed caller ID. Do NOT disparage the National Rifle Association because of use of "NRA" by them. The NRA is a responsible group that does not spam call you, especially if you ask them to remove you from their list.
