The dude said his name was Nolan and that he was a representative from my work and that there was incriminating evidence on my Facebook and we needed to resolve it. Called me three times in a row then left a voicemail.

Voicemail stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, I know of the scam so am ignoring but terrible for people who think this is real

I just got a call from 917-724-6380, it just came up "Wireless Caller" and said it was to notify me the IRS was filing a law suit against me for unpaid taxes and to call that number back.

Bastards. Same story. I received a bit telling me I needed to call them to avoid prosecution for back taxes. I called and they were trying to get all my info, couldn't have been the IRS as I'd just changed my number yesterday. I asked then to tell me my name, they panicked, they couldn't prove it was the IRS.

Same deal here...claims his name is Justin Miller
