Got the call (972-217-4428) from "Robert Smith". Sure didn't sound like a "Robert Smith" to me; maybe a "Ravi" but definitely not Robert.

I received the same message as above. I called back the number I received the call from. The man who answered the phone identified himself as Mike, but it was the same voice who identified himself as Paul from the treasury department. I tried to call him back again, but he blocked my number.

Just received a phone call saying I was going to get arrested. LOL I knew it was a scam once they said that. They said they were from the US Treasury Dept. really they don't have anything better to do.

I called them back an harassed them back for about 20 mins. Officer will arrive in 30 mins Lol. Problem is I work for the Government. I Will report the number to my supervisor

Threatening call, claiming to offer protection from a filed IRS lawsuit against me. Number mentioned on my voicemail recording matched the Caller ID displayed on my phone. Caller ID displays the origin as Desoto, TX

I keep blocking the numbers I receive. This is the newest one, lengthy voicemail from "Robert Smith" from the dept of US treasury. Telling me this was their official final notice for the legal petition notice of the federal tax lien against my name for tax fraud (very repetitive) and next step is for me to be arrested while the matter is handled federal claims court if I don't call back with in the next 24 hours. I have blocked at least 3 other numbers with similar messages but this one was the most threatening.
