They said they were going to lock my husband up in 45 minutes

Unfortunately, I picked up the phone so the first caller was not recorded, but it was a lengthy message saying if I wanted to avoid prosecution and arrest, that I was to call a certain number. A short time later caller ID recorded 972-217-4428. A man identified himself as Paul Daniel with the Treasury Department. I called again and he identified himself as David Foster. Immediately I called back and the number was no longer in service.

SCAM!! Treasury Department Agent Robert Smith informing me I have a tax lien and will be arrested if I don't call 972-217-4428 ASAP.

Get numerous calls from this number. My husband said to man," I am the IRS", man answered "f--k you man".
How do we get off their list?

Claimed I was being sued by Treasury obviously a scam.
