Now they have a new message "our fraud dept identified that your card was processed but lost in the mail. press 1 to be connected to our fraud dept." Now I personally do not like BAC and I have never applied for a card. I did the above google research and decided to call the number back... Wouldn't you know it.. the number is disconected. Looks like some fraud group hijacked the number.
Just got a call this morning claiming my Bank of America ATM card had been frozen due to fraud and asked me to select "1" to be connected to a Bank of America rep. I assume at which time they would have asked for the card number and other pertinent info so they could steal it. Thing is I closed my Bank of America account 6 months ago and everything was cancelled/closed at that time so whomever is caling is using an old list. Called the number that popped up on my phone and it's disconnected and Google shows the number belongs or has belonged to at least 4 different businesses from Axxea Systems to the Cable Farm to CF Inducstries. This is clearly a SCAM.

Got a suspicious call saying that my bank card had been locked, and asked for my card number. Realized that banks do not send automated voice messaging systems to verify accounts, and hung up. Typed this number in google, and found several complaints, as well as several companies within Texas that have little to no information on them, none of which are described as a security system.
