Female caller identifying herself as Maria Sanchez said she was calling on behalf of Advance America regarding a collection matter; an unpaid payday loan. Said we had one hour to wire $1000 to clear up unpaid loan, or go to jail!!!!
She wouldn't give a name of collection agency, saying that were representing a law firm and there were several lawyers on that floor in the building.
Well, I called the number back a female answered "Hello?"
I asked if i was calling a business, and she said yes. I asked what type of business, and she said she operated the switchboard for several lawyers, and wouldn't provide any names. She said the building was in Texas.

the same lady called me today and threatened the SAME THING!! She said that the judge was signing the paperwork to issue my warrant if I didnt send her $1100 within 45 minutes. I asked for a case # and she didnt have one. She said she was getting very aggrevated by me asking questions. She said she was calling from the law office of Bailey and Moore.
Hi We got a call tonight from a Ken Bishop from this number. We were told we had 30 min to pay $985 to clear up an unpaid loan or a warrant would be issued the following day. We tried to call back to clear it up but NOBODY answered!! The guy was very rude. I would love to hear from someone who also got this call.. I'd like to know the end result. Are these people for real???
