lower your rate call - dialed 9 to get someone to ask to be removed. After a few seconds of listening, I asked to be removed from the calling list - thick accent guy argued with me and told me to cut up certian body parts and eat them...
Not sure how they get away with this...

credit card rate savings... automated caller id'd as "Rachael". When a live person took over the call, he became extremely abusive when I asked who he was, where he was calling from, and that I did not want to receive any more of their calls. We get about 3-4 of these same calls/week. Usually the same # comes up on our caller id.

Answer call from this number and asked to be removed form the do not call list and the customer service rep had a thick accent .. when I ask to be removed he told me to go (...} F .

Lowering ing my credit card rate. Company rep told me they were based in Tampa Florida, and their company name is "Card Services" and can be found on the bottom of my credit card bill. Numerious calls, have selected "3" to be removed from calling list numerious times. They keep calling. Asked the live operator (after pressing "1") to be removed from calling list -- He said "absolutly -- B Y E" and hung up. Their number is 253-382-9909
