Crazy person called me a "Yankee white girl" when I refused to give her a previous employee's name and threatened me

Very rude woman, Ms Muhammad ( she actually spelled her name like she was somebody important) asked to speak to the boss regarding "a confidential business matter". Would not answer any questions, got pissy and rude that I was asking them, then hung up on me. So that's the way to get rid of her - just keep asking her why she wants to speak to the boss.

"Desiree" from IAG called and asked for the business owner (did not pronounce his name correctly). She refused to leave him a voicemail but said it was about "a confidential business matter". He is supposed to call her back at ext. 231. (He won't.)
