I just started receiving these calls from this number and I have an android smartphone thru boostmobile. On my phone, I have a Reverse Lookup application so I used it and it says:

Carrier: At&t Southwest

Bets are that this is a telemarketer.....I started getting a lot of these phone calls from various numbers in TX, WA, and even sometimes OR....all show up as telemarketers. If you get these calls, do not answer. They have a way finding out your number is active if you do and will continue to do so. I started applying for some major job sites online and temp agencies and from there, I started getting slammed. Everyone sells everyone's info nowadays...the trick is to figure out how to bypass all that. Not always easy, especially since even cable companies and phone companies sell your info now too.

BTW, they asked for me by name and they got my name right. That's what led me to believe this is what is going on.
