I have an auto loan with Capital One and have never been late with any payments. They keep calling our home number which pops up on the TV. I don't even know our home number and never gave them that number since we don't use it or even have a phone for it because we only have one so our cable was cheaper using the bundle package. I called the number back using my cell phone and the automated machine said it recognized my number, which is funny since they've never called my cell. The machine proceeds to ask for the last 4 digits of my social, so I entered 0000, then it asked for my account number, so I entered 0 again, but it kept asking for it and said if I don't know my account number, press pound, so I did. Then it asks to enter my full social security number, which clearly I wouldn't enter. After I wouldn't enter any of my information, instead of transferring me to an operator, like a legitimate company, it hangs up on me instead. Clearly a total scam pretending to be Capital One...

This number calls us even at night. wants us to call them back for some important info. about auto financing, We don't want the info. and wish they would quit calling.

I have cap one for a loan. I was late on one payment, and made payments when I could---obviously not running from them. This number calls my phone EVERY 3 HOURS, EVERY SINGLE DAY---YES< INCLUDING SUNDAYS. IF I knew what a hassle it was, I would have went with another company.

Received a call indicating Capital One. I questioned whether credit card or auto they would not say. I am late on my payment however I had already called and made arrangements with an agreement.

Harassment. Will not take no for an answer. Refuse to stop calling. Demanding personal information. Very likely not capital one but a phishing scam.

The same number thats been calling me periodically throughout the week for job oppurtunities from HP, now calls on saturday and says they are capital one auto finance company. how low can you go...

if anymore 972 numbers or any telemarketing numbers show up on my phone again. i will go to my lawyer and press harrassment charges against them and i made it so only my contacts can call me on my cell phone. all telemarkters are BLOCKED.thats what my lawyer told me to do. and if it shows up as restricted, DO NOT ANSWER it. they are very rude people and will even call me when im at work. if this doesnt stop, my lawyer will find out who is calling and press charges

Called me 3 times a day for ten days. I am not even old enough to have a credit card! I tried 5 times to get them to stop calling me and every time, i was sent through a HORRIBLE automatic answering system. 4 out of the 5 times, they asked for my social security number in order to "confirm" that they were to stop calling me! Finally i got one of them to remove me off their list and I haven't heard from them since. After this, I will NEVER do any banking through them!!!
