Everyday they call a minimum of 20 calls a day and until 9 pm Pacific Time and when you answered there's nobody on the other end. It's annoying!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number even though I told them I don't know the person they are calling for. I am tired of it!!!

I did a reverse lookup of the number and it comes up as Plano, TX. My sister in law and her husband keep getting phone calls from this number where they ask for one of them but refuse to leave a message if they can't talk to them. They said they are getting several per day and the landline and their cell phones. Is there anything that can be done to stop these calls? I am going to tell them to add their numbers to the do not call list but I don't know if it will do much good.

Telling them to add your number to their list will do nothing. This number calls me all the time for someone I've never even heard of. I tell them this every time they call and to put me on their do-not-call listing and they still call. It's been going on since January. I've started to record everything and taking down names. I'm sending in a cease and desist letter because it is becoming rediculous.

These people call my cell phone everyday, three times a day! I've informed the caller that the individual they are asking to speak with could not be reached at this number. However, they still continue to call, but every other day they ask to speak with someone different. I do not have an account with Capitol One Auto Loan, nor have I ever had an account with them.

I keep getting calls from this number and I spoke to someone and they said they were not calling for me so despite the fact that they have the wrong number, they continue to call.

Called 14 times in 4 hours I spoke with a supervisor after the 5th time and they told me it would not happe again. I told one of the reps that he had the wrong number and he told me we don't believe you. I'm sending a letter to capital one auto head quarters.

14 calls received over the past 5 days; no messages left. Finally answered this morning. 1st call: Caller asked for an unknown person not available at the number called, not at this residence, etc., regarding a "personal matter". Informed Sounded like a financial matter, probably debt collection. Informed the caller and directed removal of the number from their system.

2nd answered call an hour later - caller asked for the same unknown person. When I asked for details regarding the company calling, we were disconnected.

Filed a compliant with the do not call site.

After informing the caller that I do NOT have a Capitol One car loan, they continue to call. I have received 30 calls in less than a week. There's no way to call the number back and talk to anyone because you need an account number to log in, and I have NO account number
