got a call from 'amy' from accufile, stating she was sending forms and,,, at that point i interupeted her and the recording just kept repeating itself...
i called the number back and the woman-who would not give her name- stated it was T&H financial and then hung up on me. I again called back, demanded to speak to amy at which time i was told there was no amy. the same woman confirmed that the company was T&H Financial and were looking for Rex Haney.

I have also received this call from the same person. I also called her back and she wanted to know my social security number, my driver's license number, my date of birth, and my address. This sounds like identity theft to me.
Same call as described. "Amy" called stating she had papers to be delivered to me at home or my office and to have identification ready and if I or my attorneys had questions to call. My brother then received the EXACT same call, verbatim, one minute later. Total scam.

"amy" left the same message on my voice mail as well. I called the number back and she started asking me for personal information. I hung up on her and she called me back and left an extremely nasty message.
I just received a call from this # and let it go to voicemail it then said the legal issues stuff about paperwork and left a call back # based out of Michigan.

I just received this call again and it is a call back # based out of Michigan.
Got the same call this evening. I suspected scam as they gave no info, asked for no name and stated what they told the others.
