This is Nationwide Recovery Systems, a bill collector. Agents were based in overseas (India), and intentionally use fake American Names (examples: David Brown, John Parker, and Nathan) to intentionally manipulate the caller. Multiple agents disclosed personal information of the person they were trying to reach (DOB, Address, Claim Info, etc). This company is actually based in Tyler, TX. However, if you call the number back, you will likely be routed to India; not Texas. Do not provide these people with your personal information! If you owe a debt, call the original company and resolve it there.
