Scum bag scammers. People, they are illegal!

i dont know how these people can keep calling from different scam numbers each day and each time you block the call

Scavenger Collection Company. They will not leave message and when you immediately try to call them, there is no answer. DO NOT give them any information. Most of these companies will scare you telling you there are serving you papers tomorrow and will you be home? Tell them you'd love to see the papers so you can have evidence for court and see what they say. Most of the time, they will try to tell you to call another number to verify your address and date and time for the papers to be served. Advise them anytime is fine and you want the papers and you are not calling anyone.

The caller ID said "UNASSIGNED", and they didn't bother to say hello, just asked if I would be home to accept some legal documents. They didn't ask for me at first, and I said "for what?" and then she said "will you be home tomorrow?" I said "no, for what kind of papers?" She said "legal documents." I said "for who?" Thats when she said my name, and I just said "I don't know who that is, you have the wrong number." Then she said , it was a number given to us by "me" as a contact number. I said "Im sorry, I can't help you" She said "can you get a message to her?" I said, "no, good bye." I didn't give them my number, and since I have old debt from 7 years ago, these places are trying a last ditch scare tactic before it comes off my credit report. Its amazing, I requested a copy of my credit report directly from the three agencies, equifax, transunion, and whatever the other ones is and now I have old creditors trying to ruin my day.

Illegal scam. I love these calls. Typical "we are calling to let you know a process server will be by tomorrow". PROCESS SERVERS DO NOT CALL AHEAD OF TIME! I have fun, I ask them to confirm they have my address, they say "we cant give out that information". So let me get this wrong I say, "you call to "inform" me thay I will be served (ILLEGAL) but then you abid by the law and say you cant give me MY ADDRESS to confirm its correct?! I laughed and the moron got mad and hung up. Very professional SCAM!
