I have received numerous calls from this number in the past few days. Even when I answer the call, I hear an automated message directing me to call 1-866-680-8628 and speak to client services at CitiGroup which it says could be handling several accounts. When I call the 866 number, the person who finally answers asks for my name and account number or last 4 numbers of the cardholders social security number. I tell them that since they called me they should already know that info. I also inform them that I don't know if this is a reputable number associated with CitiGroup. If they want to reach me about my account, I told them to write me. The person on the other end responds that of course they are with CitiGroup since I called them and they answered. I just don't like the whole thing.

Harassing calls from citibank. I've had two fraud issues with citibank in the past 3 weeks on two different cards. The last thing I'm going to do is activate another card with them. They are leaving a message saying this is client services. Yesterday they said I needed to call to receive a claim. I am not speaking to them and want them to stop calling.
this number calls constantly and when i answer the caller hangs up.
everytime i pick up the phone, they hang up
