they have been calling me, emailing me as well. the last call I received from them was 12/01/2017. I hung up on them. they called back and the recording said that I was going to be approached by a officer. said they were coming to my door within 48 hours. please have all animals put away. I do not owe these people money. it is not even on my credit report. I believe this to be a scam. I am very angry and I wish there was some way to sue these people for harassment. they have the nerve to threaten me with a law suite and or jail. also saying they will report this info to my employer. is there anything I can do to stop them, or sue them?

This is a line of credit called elastic from first Republic bank...it's actually a payday installment company...hiding behind a Kentucky bank...
