I have received this same message 4 times this month about serving me-I called the 888 number and a very rude woman told me I owed 1250 on a visa from 1994? I did not have a credit card then I was only 19. I told her to send me something in the mail to show what it was and that it was mine. She then yelled at me and told me I could pay it in court and to stop being a loser and pay my bills..what kinda BS is this!!

same crap here, calling my phone at 1 and 2 AM not PM .. AM saying he's sending a fax .

This caller called my work and aske for me to meet him so he can serve me papers for a bad check yea,right

call saying they have a fax about a legal matter. Will come to my work or home to serve papers.
