Recording stating that my interest payments could be lowered and to press a button to speak to a rep.

Person asked me if my total credit card debt was below $3000 and I responded by saying that my only card was with them and that they know this information.

The person then hung up on me.

I just received a call from this phone number and honestly he must have guessed my cc # 10 times. I started laughing and told him I was going to report him that this was the BIGGEST joke. He said, "do you want me to tell you a joke?" He was from India

Called offering me a lower rate on my 'unmentioned' credit card- when I spoke to a representative and asked for my number to be removed, he hung up on me.
