Called my father about garnishing my wages because of some of my student loans (which are current btw) Jokes on them! Can't garnish wages if you don't have any! Beside, garnishment takes a long time in an involved legal process - those student loans are paying for a legal education! Fuuuuuck you guys :)

Collection "Agency" type business. Online info gives NCA or CRS Recovery ..all collection agencies. Had incorrect spelling of name, included words "Attorney", "Case Number", "Legal Action", "Suit", etc. to get your attention..

Got this voicemail this morning. Caller ID says (201)596-3642. She said her name is Renee Barker, and to call here back regarding a pre lawsuit filed against the last four of my ss. Then she tells to call this number (972)865-2397. Where is this person at NJ or Texas? Sounds like a scam to me.

Jennifer Tatum called claiming we were in serious legal trouble. I told her that everything on the internet said this was a scam and she started screaming at me down the phone.

just got a call from Ms.Parker and the threat is they have a case in their office with my ssn# and they gave me the last 4 digit of my phone #... Idiots!! they said I drove off a truck back in 2008 from a car dealership and I owe them over $100,000.00 lol I stated to them that I have never own a truck before and that Truck must have come with a house too for that price... I believe it's a new kind of scam that they would attached that to my property tax. Way past the Statue of Limitations!!

Received call from early this morning. Asked for someone who I've never heard of...but with my same last name. Sounds like a scam for sure, what are the odds of the same last name? "Hello, this is LeAnn (or DeAnn) Parker from here at "NCA". I'm trying to reach (first and last name). I have a complaint here in my office with your social involved. It's very imperative that I do get a call back with your file number xxxxxxxx. You can reach me at 972-895-2397 x545." Then something unintelligible... sounded like "Miss Partner". I blocked caller immediately...will not call back.

Just got a voicemail for my husband they have a complaint and give last 4 of ssn. If this is true wouldn’t they send us something in mail??

She called asking for me, urging me to call her. About a case against me about properties in my name. Her name is Linda Cantú. I dont have any property. Pretty sure is a scam.

Caller ID say's NCA LLC.They left a mesg on my landline phone and they said it was imperative to reach someone i never heard of.I have lived at this residence and had this number for 35 yrs.She said the supposed, last four numbers of the said persons social security numbers and the phone number to return a call to her 972-895-2397.

Left voicemail -- looking for someone I've never heard of, said they "had a complaint on you filed in our office" or some BS like that. Scam/spam/wrong number.

I received a call and the person they were looking for never lived here. They used that they wanted to talk to him about social security.. To me that is a scam and they should be prosecuted.
