Recorded message saying Judy from the Treasury saying you need to call the number listed before it goes to federal court and I am arrested. Seemed like a Scam.

They will attempt to get money from you stating they will have you arrested or file a federal claim against you for tax fraud if you don't call them back on their hotline. This is not a valid company, only an attempt to swindle money from gullible individuals.
