They are calling BEFORE 9 AM on a Sunday. Violating FDCPA laws and repeatedly calling in a narrow time frame. I am filing a complaint with the FTC.

I mistook this credit cards company as another company that they mimic in name and logo. I never used their card and I also called them to cancel it which they told me it was. they told me since card was not used it was never activated. They did say I may get a statement in the mail but to ignore it. since then they have been calling me at least 20 times a day. BAD COMPANY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY PURPOSELY MISLEAD PEOPLE IN THEIR MARKETING
MATERIAL.

Those idiots keep calling it Credit One Bank.

After getting this call, which I didn't pick up, and reading this site, I called the number back. It turned out I had a credit card under Credit One, and they had tried to bill me for $8.25 per month for a second year's service. I hadn't realized I was committed to paying this fee. I canceled the card.

These bastard are relentless. I just pick up the phone and lay it down. Wish there was a way to stop these calls
