Called acted like he knew me and was a long lost friend when I called back he was very rude to me and refused to speak to be because I wouldn't provide him with my ss# and date of birth !

Jay Michaels has left two messages in my voicemail so far but still has yet to provide any information on why he is calling. The first message is just him addressing me by my first name like he's very familiar with me and says to call him back. The second message he says "(my first name) this is Jay with CRS. How are you doing buddy? Give me a call..uhh 972-987-1284". I don't know this person and any professional business would not simply call me by my first name or buddy.

Bill collector. He left an urgent message on my voicemail that he needed to speak to me about my daughter. He even knew her name. He had me believe she was missing, injured or worse! What a terrible person.
