They don't stop! Have blocked numerous numbers and they keep calling back with new ones!

Have received several calls from them each week for several months now, from several various numbers. Robocall each time, and they have sometimes called up to three times a day.

I get about 2 calls a week from them. How do I get them to stop. The National Do Not Call list is a joke. About 90% of the calls I get are looking to sell something.
