This is a scam caller who uses a bunch of different numbers and caller IDs. It always relates to some sort of discount on your electricity bill or gas bill. Some times a message but most times just quiet when they call.

The telemarketer wanted to reduce my electrical bill. This was an unsolicited call. unfortunately I did not write down the name of the employee nor her badge number. Can't remember if she gave me the name of the company. As soon as I told her that my number was on the Do not call list, she hanged up when I asked her the name of her company.

This is an electricity broker that hounds me constantly even though I am not interested. Whether I answer the phone or not doesn't make a difference in lessening the frequency of the calls.
