The recorded message indicated they were closing out an annual Credit Card review unless i spoke with a customer rep. I requested to speak to the customer rep. The customer rep identified herself as Michele. She immediately hung up when I asked to be removed from their call list. She did not comment or respond to my request, just left me with a dead line.
credit card consolidation- i talked to rep and told him i was on do not call list and wanted no calls. he replied they would call me all day every day and i could not do a fucking thing about it. he then proceeded to say they would come to my house this evening and take care of it while calling me other very colorful and abusive names. very belligerent and abusive.
