I think for about a month at least that I recall I have been getting various phone numbers calling me and leaving a blank message on my voicemail. Every time I look the number up, Portfolio Recovery pops up.

Debt collectors who call daily trying to collect on really old "time barred" debts. They've been sued for their aggressive practices. Protect yourself. Know your state laws. Block & Report them.

I don't answer phone numbers I don't know. Didn't leave a message, as usual. I can't even count the number of phone numbers this place calls from. They even had a settlement case against them but it doesn't stop them.
They call all the time trying to collect on old debt from different numbers
