One lady called up yesterday evening as well as today morning from +9734823624. She mention she is from one company Tokiyo japan. When I question regarding the code +973 (Because it is belongs to Bahrain) She mention that is because they are using VOIP phone.When I ask from her how he found my contact details call was hang up

I believe this number belongs to a calling card company and is not associated with a specific telemarketer.

For example, I called my daughter on the east coast using a calling card I bought at Costco and this number is what showed up on her caller id. Later I got a call from someone who just hung up, which is why I found this site.
