I got a call from this number about noon today. The caller asked for Manuel. (There is no Manuel at this number.) I asked who was calling. It took several times before he would say, and he was difficult to understand because of his accent, but it was "United Healthcare Advisers". I told him that there's no one here by that name and that I had asked them previously to remove my number from their list. I told him he was breaking the law by calling me and he hung up.
