I also want to know as they have been harassing me for a long time as well. I did request something be sent in writing and they refused to do so. I will be letting the judge know if they ever do file that I requested something be mailed to me in writing if it was legitimate and not a scam and that they refused to do so. Which should be grounds for dismissal because per consumer protection laws if you request in writing and they fail to send you anything in writing to confirm it is a true debt they have broken the law in an attempt to colelct on the debt. I have also repeatedly asked them not to call me between 7 and 4 pm when I work which is another right that we have. They have ignored that request as well. I even told them that if this was a real debt that it is now out of its limitations to file on and that it was a barred debt. Nothing is working. Any advice sounds good right now.

Called about a payday loan I had in 2010 with an address that I didn't live at then and a bank account I didn't have. Told I was being sued and when I asked for a certified letter in the mail she said she couldn't do that and good luck.
