Same here they called me 4 times and somebody says that I'm qualified to receive a free Grant from the US Government i told him i'm busy right now

The callers name was Ian tried to probe information from me . I gave him a wrong birth year and to my surprise later on the autofill feature on Chrome had that same wrong year in it for me I don't know how but it must be linked to this call as I've never done that before.

This number (973-881-5752) called my cell today 5 times in a row between 12:04pm-12:07pm. I did not answer. Caller ID said Paterson, NJ. I live in CO & do not know anyone in NJ. After reading comments online I called the number and there is a recording that says the number is not in service.

4 calls from this # answered 4th call, they asked for my 9 yo son..

Got a call from a person who only identified himself as Leo. He said my number had been randomly selected to receive a free Grant from the US Government. I told him I would not be interested and to please add my number to the 'do not call list'. He said he would and promptly hung up.

4 unanswered calls from unknown 11:26-11:30 + 3 unanswered calls from 09:26-09:27 Tuesday February 2, 2016. These pathetic machines. And their greedy lying operators. Freaking harassment, right?

That's so weird because I don't answer numbers that I don't know , and plus it was from out of state. and they called three times in a row. I almost answered it , had they called a fourth time I probably would jabs
have just because I would of figured that whoever it was knew me and it was an emergency if they kept calling like that. But they didn't call back and I googled the number and how weird that I find all this shit on it.... hmmmm

I got a call today and man with an Indian accent he said he was from the central bureau of something, continued to tell me my accent wasn't American that I was not from the US and kept asking over and over what country I was from, but the weirdest part was that he had my address.

Called today 3 times in a row. I did not answer. Figured it was a scam..

I received a call today from Erica Johnson (not sure this is real name) and she went through same scenario as mentioned above. I went as far as to have her say she was going to pass me over to a "verifier" and that person would ask me some questions. She gave me questions and the answers I would need to give in order to qualify for the grant. When she told me to lie to them about my age and year I graduated from high school, I told her that I had looked the phone number up online and that it was being reported as scam. I told her I wasn't interested and not to call back. So far, no calls.

First I received call on 1/11/16 at 4:55p. I didn't answer then received a 2nd call at 5:11p, I still didn't answered. I called back the number and heard a recording stating it was a non-working number. Then I received another call yesterday at 4:57p. I answered it was a man with an Indian accent. He said he was calling from some agency (I could not understand) Either way he mentioned I qualified for some grant money to go back to school and that if I didn't want to go back to school I could use the money for bills, as long as I wasn't attending school now. He continued by stating that he would take a few minutes to ask a few questions. He asked if I was attending school. Told him no I wasn't. Then he asked what was the highest level of education I had, High school diploma, GED or some college? I told him Bachelors. Then he asked if I decide to go back to school would it be in the health or business field. I told him I don't know. Then he stated, "do you want the money? You have to pick health or business field!" I told him I don't know and I don't know who he is. He then proceeded by stating, "ma'am I already explained you qualify for governmental money to go back to school but you are unknowledgeable." I said, "yes, I'm unknowledgeable. I don't know you and I don't know if this is a scam." He continued to speak and belittle me with insults, saying that I don't know anything and all other things. I can't even remember. All I kept do was responding "thank you" and "you're right I am" then he called me stupid and hung up.

I immediately just didn't answer it was from a different state so I decided if it was important they would leave a message instead they just called four times in the same day so I was just like nah not worth picking up

This number called me as well. She sounded like she said go f yourself with a thick Mexican accent.

Calls 3 times in a row every day, from what I've read online, they have multiple ways of trying to scam you, get your financial information or threaten in some way to get your info.
