mother called me

They call and I don't answer.

Received a call from 975-964-2877 at 9:59 am 7/8/15. I have received phone calls of this type before from another number, which I have blocked with my phone service. These people are persistent. The first number was supposedly located in Texas, and this one appears to come from Missouri, but every time the person has an Indian accent, so I wonder if they are spoofing American numbers and calling from an overseas call center.
I decided to have some fun with this guy and played dumb. He said he was calling about my Microsoft computer. I said that I don't have a Microsoft brand computer. I asked him if he works for Bill Gates, where he was calling from; he said Texas. I asked for the street address and the name of his company. I could tell he was starting to get annoyed with me. I reported the previous number to the FCC, and I'll be reporting this number as well. I recommend everyone that gets this type of call to make the same report as well. Maybe if they get enough reports they can have enough evidence to take these people down.

Called numerous times in 10 minute period, taunting and reciting foul language to my wife and me. Local police called, but not expecting much.

"Dave" with a very thick Indian accent calls at least 3 times a day. My husband finally answered and told him we don't have a computer. "Dave" went off on him telling my husband he would report him to the FBI. My husband said go ahead & give them your name too. He asked to talk to his supervisor, "Dave" put him on hold & then "Dave" from the FBI (same Indian accent) came on the phone saying , "this is Dave from the FBI department is this Sara?" Of course my husband said do I sound like Sara?!! I cleaned that up on all parts by the way. Can we not stop this somehow or get him at least for impersonating an officer?
