I just received a vm and called them back. They did not hang up on me but they did offer to be very helpful and look me up if I provided some personal information. I refused as it makes no sense that the IRS would file a lawsuit against me and robo call me to notify me using my mobile phone which is not provided to the IRS with my tax records. Beware do not give them your information.

You'll receive a recorded IRS CALL, telling you that you are being sued by the IRS. When you call back, you get to a call center of some sort, but when you confront them, they hang up. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFORMATION, this is a phishing scam
