It is a Humana affiiate, what they do is call to ask about your Humana experience and then try to sell you something else. I fell for it at first and ended up with a great deal for my car Ins. but then the next time they called it was still the Humana representative but wanting to know if I'd be interested in identity theft protection. So, while it can be helpful it is still a spam call.
