they call every morning around 9am. if i answer they hang up, if i call back it says the number isn't in service, if i let it ring it leaves no voicemail. my phone number is on the Federal Do Not Call list and should not be receiving these types of messages. this is ludicrous that people are allowed to harass others in this manner consistently without any consequences or repercussions. please help.
