GOT SAME CALLED AND THE JAMES KASTEN GUY LEFT VOICE-MAIL THEN I BLOCKED THE CALL.

***Scam message left on my vm*** (with an Indian accent): "Hi this message is intended to contact you. My name is James Kasten and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US especially intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 978-522-4228. I repeat 978-522-4228. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."
The incredibly poor grammar alone is a red flag, however, you would never be contacted by phone for this sort of thing, always by mail or in person. Please do yourself a favor and report this nonsense, and most certainly, do not call them back. If you've picked up, please let them know we're all on to him, and hang up! Thank you!

Yes and all of the above comments fit the caller. Foreign and he did not know my name, threatened Federal prosecution if I did not return his call. Regarding the Federal Treasury. I have him on voice messaging. Turning it over to the DA if he wants the message.

Said she was from the Treasury Dept and had info about the IRS for me that could result in fines. I told her it was BULLSHIT because the IRS DOES NOT contact you by telephone!
She hung up on me!

I got the exact same call with exact same speech. I wish I had time to screw with him and see him squirm. It would have been my entertainment for the day.
