They called with the same general message as stated above. I called Cigna directly using the Customer Service # on my card. She said it was a legitimate reminder that my "prescription is ready for refill". Cigna has never called me before about this. I requested my name be removed from their call list. Lady on phone was difficult to communicate with in English.

They wanted to refill my prescription too. The first time I gave them my birthdate. Don’t remember what else I gave them. Is this legitimate or not?? They knew what I was taking regarding my medication so I thought it was real. Do scammers know when your prescriptions are up snd time to renew??
