However, the 888 number given in the message comes back to a website which allegedy sells wedding invitations:

Other persons report the caller mentioned alleged company names similar "ILS" or "Phone Management" or "Help Relief Now".
Another victim reports a phone message stating:
"Your family have been included in our home security system giveaway and have been selected as winners of this special offer, push one to be transferred to an agent. This is a new wireless home security system. So if you own your home and do not rent and you would like to receive your free home security system. Press one. Press two to be removed from this list."

Conclusion: calls from this number seem to suggest some kind of international "scare-scam" operation, which attempts to fool US persons into giving up their credit card account or bank account information. The scammers may operate out of Madras, India and Beijing, China. The scam operation appears to particularly target people living in these US cities:
